Arcachon Casino

A unique experience

Arcachon is a peaceful place to relax and enjoy life. When I travel on the Bay, I have my own habits. Indeed, I like to enjoy the marine air and the sun, spend time on the beach, go for bike rides and, from time to time, I take a break at the Arcachon Casino.

In order to make the most of my holidays, I like to go to this place of entertainment to spend a convivial moment. The Casino has slot machines, electronic English roulette and table games including a Black Jack table and a Boule 2000 table.

An exceptional setting

The Casino d'Arcachon is located in the majestic Château Deganne, close to the beach and the hotel Le B d'Arcachon. Built in 1853 by Albert Deganne who was also the mayor of the town, this establishment was inspired by the castle of Boursault in Champagne. Full of history, it was the venue for society balls, costume parties and afternoon dances during the "Belle Époque". It was transformed into a Casino in 1903 and quickly became a place of celebration with an impressive entertainment schedule. Numerous concerts were organized there, including some of the greatest French artists: Piaf, Bécaud, and Brassens.

I recommend you to try the restaurant O'Deganne, where you can eat simple and tasty food in an idyllic setting. A real castle life for an evening!
