Each year, in September, the exhibition Maison&Objet takes place in Paris. It is an event that we follow from Arcachon. It is during this exhibition that trends shine and get reinvented. During this 2021 edition, a trend is widely back in the spotlight; Art Deco. With pieces of marble, golden metal and velvet, this artistic movement is this year more sober and sophisticated than what we were used to see before.
With small touches, you can transform your interiors into Art Deco dens with per example round footstools, corduroy armchairs or even marble tables.
LE B D’ARCACHON HAS A GREAT DEAL FOR YOU
As the hotel Le Burdigala in Bordeaux is getting a makeover, an exceptional auction of the furniture is organized, and some of the lots are of Art Deco inspiration. Collaborating with Ader Entreprises & Patrimoine, 650 lots are to be sold, among which 530 of them are already available online until November 3rd. Elsa Joly-Malhomme, the auction manager will present on November 2nd at the hotel a selection of 120 lots composed of furniture and art pieces.
If you are passing by Bordeaux on November 1st, don’t hesitate to enter in the hotel Le Burdigala to discover the exposition of the 120 lots dedicated to the live auction.
