Hotel Le B d’Arcachon owes much of its charm to its team. Today, we invite you to discover the journey and daily life of Beatriz, Deputy Manager, who takes us behind the scenes of her professional world and shares her favorite spots in Arcachon.
An international journey fueled by a passion for tourism
Originally from Spain, Beatriz has been living in France for 11 years, blending her Spanish roots with a deeply French heart. Her academic path was guided by a love of travel and human connection.
As a child, she was fascinated by hotels and multilingual receptionists, symbols of a cosmopolitan and elegant world. Her numerous language immersion stays also opened her to other cultures and allowed her to build lasting friendships around the globe. “These experiences have fueled my passion for hospitality and tourism. I enjoy traveling with my clients as much as through them.”
A professional adventure in the heart of the Southwest
In 2022, after several years of experience in Paris, Beatriz joined Inwood Hotels, and specifically Hotel Le B d’Arcachon, seeking both a new professional challenge and proximity to her family.
From the very beginning, she was captivated by the team’s attentiveness, professionalism, and kindness. She started as Head Receptionist before advancing to her current role as Deputy Manager, with the constant support of Anne-Claire, the hotel’s director. “My integration felt natural, and the immediate recognition of my work by the team allowed me to thrive from day one.”
What makes Inwood Hotels unique
For Beatriz, the group’s strength lies in its human and collaborative atmosphere:
-
Genuine closeness between colleagues, both within each hotel and across the group’s establishments.
-
Trust and kindness from management towards the teams, motivating everyone to give their best.
-
A culture of innovation where employees actively contribute to projects, boosting engagement and enthusiasm.
“Working here means being in an environment that values both the professional and the personal. It’s incredibly motivating.”
Daily life at Le B d’Arcachon: passion and versatility
Her role is versatile, and no two days are the same. The heart of her job remains client interaction, a source of discovery and enriching exchanges.
As Deputy Manager, she can both welcome and guide guests to create memorable stays and motivate the team to deliver impeccable service. “I love this human interaction, discovering different cultures, and seeing guests leave with unique memories.”
Beatriz’s favorite spots in Arcachon

-
